Solutions to problems you might encounter.

Can't Log In

Forgot password?

1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page
2. Enter your email
3. Check email for reset link
4. Create new password

Account not activated? Ask your administrator to resend the activation email.

Wrong email or password? Double-check both - passwords are case-sensitive.

Can't See Something

Missing menu items? You might not have permission. Check with your administrator about your role.

Can't see a project? You need to be assigned to it. Ask your manager to add you.

Can't find a client? It might be archived or you don't have access. Search for it or ask an administrator.

Time Entry Problems

Can't submit timesheet?

• Check all required fields are filled
• Make sure hours are valid numbers
• Try refreshing the page

Time entry disappeared?

• Check you're looking at the right week
• It might have been deleted
• Check with your manager

Billing Issues

Can't create a bill?

• Timesheets must be approved first
• You need the right permissions
• Client must be set up

Wrong amounts on bill?

• Check the hourly rates
• Verify which hours are selected
• Review any discounts or charges
