How to Get Help

Internal Support

For most issues, contact your:

• System Administrator - Settings and access issues
• Manager - Timesheet and project questions
• Finance Team - Billing and payment questions

Hidma Support

For technical problems:

• Email: [email protected] (check with your admin for actual address)
• Include:
  • What you were trying to do
  • What went wrong
  • Screenshots if helpful
  • Your username (not password!)

Tips for Getting Help Faster

TIP

Provide details! "It doesn't work" is harder to help with than "When I click Save on a timesheet, I get error X".
