Overview

This section will cover Write Offs in Hidma.

Xero Write-off Mapping

If you use the Xero integration, you can now map Hidma write-offs to a specific Xero account code. When payment sync is enabled, write-offs will sync correctly across both systems.

To configure write-off mapping:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Xero
2. Select the integration you wish to configure
3. Under Default Accounts, select your default Write-off Account for each connection
4. Save your changes

This ensures write-offs are recorded against the correct account in Xero for cleaner books and accurate financial reporting.
