This section will cover Document Templates in Hidma.

Due Dates on Templates

Due dates are enabled by default on all document templates. You can toggle due dates on or off for individual templates:

1. Go to Settings → Customisations → Document Templates
2. Edit the relevant template
3. Enable or disable the Due Date field
4. Save the template

When enabled, the due date is automatically calculated based on your configured default payment terms (set in Settings → Configuration → Billing Settings). Due dates are also automatically included when copying bills to Xero.
